Idea Cellular — On deduction of recharge balance | |||
Sir, I have recharged my mobile balance with rs. 250 and 127 dated on 22th March 2016. I have used internet facility after confirmation of active data pack from your side. According to customer care executive, he told me that there is no activation of any data pack, because of this there have been a deduction from my mobile account balance. If there is a text msg of activation of data pack than why you people deduct the balance of my recharge balance, not from my data pack balance. Customer care executive is so rude to talk about this topic, he is responding in good sense. Was this information helpful? | |||
