[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Outgoing calls & data barred though i have paid bill through credit card | |||
Hdfc bank gave me offer to pay bill via credit card . It went ok 2-3 months then they did not pay my bill, when i called them they said we have not received your bill from idea, then finally they paid bill on nov 20th . Even after payment of bill idea barred outgoing calls & data of my no. [protected]. i have kept this no. with my family but due to this not able to even speak to them . This is one type of mental harassment and disappointment from co. end . I called idea cellular call center many times but all in vain . Was this information helpful? | |||
