This is the 2nd time as i already registered the complaint but no action taken by the company. So much irate now and am unable to send the sms otherwise i will going to port my sim to airtel/voda. Company only doing timepass and i am very irate now. If there is any issue with my mobile, i can understand that fault is mine as am using defective handset. Am using jio sim in same mobile and all the options working fine. Thats the last time, am registering the complaint. Now am going to discontinue the sim
