jis ki mujhe koi jankari ni di gai or jab mene 198 pe call kr ke is ki jankari mangi to mujhe sahi se jankari bhi ni di gai or mera phone bhi cut kr diya gya
so please refurnd my balance in my account.

Everytime it says "Failed".
Kindly help to resolve this issue, as I am not satisfied with the services of Idea cellular now Vodafone-Idea.
As per our recent communication, we've informed you that 90 days age on network is required to port your services. We request you to complete the same to process your request further.
