[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — phone has been stolen and is needed to be tracked

Sir, My phone has been stolen having an Idea sim. I want it be blocked and tracked if possible. It happened today on[protected] at around 3:30 PM. it has been switched off now. It was asus zenfone max pro m1 model and its information is shared below.

I am using idea prepaid number UPW circle, and not able to send message to port my number to 1900.

Everytime it says "Failed".

Kindly help to resolve this issue, as I am not satisfied with the services of Idea cellular now Vodafone-Idea.
