What is happening. logged a compliant on 27.08.2019, submitted all the papers, waited long enough, no conversation on customer care no given on idea dss website and by mistake if someone picks the phone he is not able to answer the question and disconnects the phone. what the hell is going on do let me know in case it needs to be further escalated to higher authority. please response. without mobile in the era...you can understand the frustration.
FYI i have raised my concern to appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com but they are also one of them...believes sleeping on issues. what should i do. please suggest.
