[Resolved] Idea Cellular — poor quality customer care | |||
I called idea customer care (198) for making a clarification on my bill, which shows a rectification amount which is paid by cheque and cleared from my bank three months back. They are dealing like some beggar asking for money. They says we cannot give more information, it may be cheque bouncing, you have to go to the idea centre where you given the cheque and collect the information. What we can say we said now you do anything if you want to solve your issue. You must pay the amount at any cost so go and pay. These was their words and attitude was like i am begging them to allow me to continue my service. I was experienced in this kind of attitude in my personal case and i changed my families full connections to vodafone. But this is my companies corporate connection and with a corporate client they are behaving like this. As on my second experience idea proved that it is a poor local company who claims international standards. Was this information helpful? | |||

My number is the same to contact which is now active. They disconnected and when I paid full then they activated. But still my issue is pending. 2-3 persons from idea contacted me but still no use.
