Hello team,
My self sandeep, one of your idea cug customer from past 3 years. Recently i purchased two add-on numbers to my existing number. Suddenly i need to be relocated to other state. So new connection is not required for me. I visited idea store in visakhapatnam i requested them to cancel my new connection. But they refused it. They're not even bothered any of public requests. They simply shouting and they're not properly talking with us. I need my number to be cancelled as of right now.

We regret to inform you, that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators. However, to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send an SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If your e-mail id is not registered with us first register your e-mail id follow these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space> e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, we would like to inform you that you can check your outgoing call details in My Idea Application or Website.
