Idea Cellular — Prepaid recharge - cheating

On 20/03/2016 I recharged my mobile #[protected] through ICICI internet banking services of amounting Rs 115 for twice a time, screen shot is appended below. When I came to know that recharge is not filled, yesterday 21/03/2016 I called to Idea customer service department. I have given to understand by Idea customer service executive that this recharge is only for ISD calls (Special Top up). As per the below screen shot of ICICI internet banking, you can see that on site nowhere it is mentioned that this talk time is only for ISD calling. I explained Idea customer service executive all the situation, but he expressed his inability to switch the plan from ISD to local and advised me to write to customer care team. Then I wrote to customer care team & the reply I received from them is quite disappointing & I am deeply saddened by the high handed attitude of your company. They are advised me that they are unable to convert the recharge of Rs.115/- into other talk time or data pack as provision for same is not available with them & I should contract to bank ( ICICI ) in this regards.

However, as per the below screen shot of ICICI internet banking, you can see that on site nowhere it is mentioned that this talk time is only for ISD calling. I would like to state that I have used Idea recharge services only for local calls and they charged me for ISD calls which is completely unethical, unprofessional.

This Is Sai Anoop from Bangalore, I recently ported my Number into Idea on 11-3-16, After that i Spoken to your Customer Care Executive2 times through Service Center and one time in the idea out let when i went to upgrade my SIM to 4g, After listening to all the information they provided, I came to know that currently no DATA Offer is there for the Ported&upgraded Customer the i came to know that i should recharge with 251rs for 1gb DATA plan comes with 1 month validity, So i Recharged with 251rs, by the next day i came to know that my DATA plan is diactivated & a new plan has been activated becoz i was updated to 4g SIM, Sir i want know one thing, How a customer comes to know about the offers with out any writen MSG, VOICE CALL or any ALLERTS, So i made a call to 198 & Compained abought this with your person.They sad we need some 24h time to react, so i made a call back to the executive&finally they sad its not posibul, Sir i would like to know one thing i recharged my number by asking your executiv, So plzzz tell me Sir how can a customer knows abought the offers and wait for it with out any information, Its completly your executive FALT, So Becoz of the FALT happend by your person should a customer want to bare the BURDEN
So kindly Solve my Problem as early as posibul & i hope you will reply to my MAIL as early as posibul

Hi anoop, I also had a bad experience with idea, they are smartly looting people's money
Hello idea, I recharged two different 4g data plans on last week. I recharged the second data plan(600mb) by mistake before even start using the balance in the first plan(1 GB). So my second plan has overwritten the balance in my first plan and it showed only that data balance of 600 mb. But it should have instead added up the balance in my two plans and should have shown the balance as 1gb+600mb. I got shocked and contacted the helpline. I was told that this is the way it works and they cann't fix this in the system.

Omg! What a bluff!

If 'idea' deposits 100 crores in a bank as initial transaction and 1000 rs in the second transaction and if the bank says that your 100 crores have been overridden by 1000rs, then the balance remains only as 1000 rs, then how will 'idea' react.

Who would accept this logic in the whole world.

Smart cheaters, don't loot the peoples hard earned money. Don't ask us to look at your terms and conditions. Where is your control point in the system to check the existing balance while opting a new plan and adding the new plan balance with the current one. How much you bribed TRAI.

Cheaters, would u rest in peace after death i[censored] smartly loot people's money!?
