[Resolved] Idea Cellular — reactivation pending even after bill payment | |||
Hi, Recently i have ported my mobile from vodafone postpaid to idea prepaid. I have paid my vodafone bill on the day i sent port message and cleared dues. I got my idea number activated on the next day. After successful porting and activation, recently i got call from idea stating there is due with vodafone. I explained the executive that i cleared everything and to get in touch with vodafone. After few days i just got message that i have some due and number got deactivated. When i tried to reach idea customer care number after few days, their servers were down and they didn't do any thing. Later my signal got stopped. Right now, i cleared all my dues and i reached out to idea stores for reactivation and they are saying that they dont have it with them and to go to home network. I verified with my home network and they dont have with them. My number is very important as my banking is linked with it. I heard that idea has right to reactivate till 50 days.. Still they are not working on it. They are just throwing to other operator. I need proper response and my number reactivation. Was this information helpful? | |||
