Idea Cellular — recharge failed twice | |||
I have migrated from postpaid to prepaid and recharge with Rs 120 thru idea app and got failed SMS thereafter I called to their customer care executive (from my other idea number) and he told me do it once again as this may refunded which got deducted from my account. I again recharge with Rs. 120 thru Idea app and again got failed SMS and money got deducted from my account again I called to customer care executive (from another idea number) and got shocking and surprising reply that money deducted twice neither will refunded nor recharge benefit shall provided as first recharge has to be thru retailer only, how its possible means I lost 240 for no reason and where my money goes to, he was not able to tell. I have 2 Idea, 2 jio and one airtel connection and never face such issue of recharge money that this neither would refunded nor recharge benefit would provided, this is the first case of my life when as per customer care executive that I has been looted with Rs. 240 legally online. Now neither I am getting incoming calls nor my outgoing call are working I felt made mistake to choose migrated to prepaid rather than to port out with better service provider.
