Plese note. Complain is not resovled. Each and every money we pay . It counts. As a team you should be answerable for the service you are offering. Its not about 249 rs recahrge or refund . But its about the quality of service you give, you should reach out to core team, IN team check why recharge was unsuccessful and either transfer money back or recharge it
Hi team i am extremely sorry as i replied without checking my bank transactions. I only checked gpay transaction and reacted .
Complain is resolved . I have received refund on bank account.
