Idea Cellular — Reduction Of Mb | |||
I have recharged my account with rs 108 and then rs.248. They have cancled my 500MB and then have only activated my 1000MB. This not a fair one, I need my Mb refeunded. When I called the customer care center regarding to this they have behaved with me in a harsh way. Is this the service you provide, very poor. This not a way to behave. I am writing this from kerala.
