Hello sir my mobail no. [protected] prepaid.
My current mobile operator is idea himachal pradesh. I want to change this to new operator bsnl himachal pradesh. I submitted upc cod ii675872 on date 10/01/2019. Upc cod expair til 25/01/2019. But old operator i. E idea does not conform my no. Please solve problem

I had done recharge of rs. 95 on [protected] wrongly instead of [protected] today by Amazon pay...
So, can I get refund of this?
