[Resolved] Idea Cellular — roaming charges deducted | |
Charged for roaming for all incoming and outgoing calls. Number [protected]. Customer care said calls are made out of idea circle. But in bill it shows idea network. Also, isd call for 4 seconds billed with 52 rs. Normal charges are not applied for any of the calls. This is fraud billing from idea and they have disconnected my number even after i have raised the complaint for the same. I do not wish to pay this huge amount as bill.

Ever since I have ungraded my Idea 3G sim to the Idea 4g sim I have not been able to Receive as well as Send any text messages (SMS) and this is causing me a lot of trouble with the daily work.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible
