Idea Cellular — secondary balance validity - fraud

Hi idea team,

I am one of your old customer with whole family using idea service.
Recently, i am very upset with your new active recharge plans.
Recently, i made a recharge of rs. 39 which gave me some secondary balance and additional validity of 28 days.
It got expired without being used.
Now kindly let me know how can i use it?
Can't i use same balance to recharge?
Now you have launched rs. 49 and rs. 79 active plans which gives talktime of 38 and 64 respectively.
This is all fraud to encourage customer to use balance irrespective of their need.

I had done a recharge of 399 Rs today having 3gb/day data and unlimited calls.The recharge is not reflecting in myideaa app.please resolve it otherwise refund my money which i paid through paytm payments bank having transaction id - M929234
