[Resolved] Idea Cellular — security deposit not refund

I have deposited rs.700 to get idea post paid service and disconnected from post paid service on 2nd june 2018.

After 3 months of disconnecion i have submitted a request for security refund of rs.700 and got reply to provide address for future communication and i have provided proper address.

Next got reply like this "cheque re-issue is registered & would be actioned by 07/feb/2019 01:51:29 pm. Through communication idc[protected]"

But till now did not receive proper reply as well as refund amount.

I was given wrong offer for my recharge and i wish to port away from this network but they are not allowing me to port to other networks and i am not able to send PORT to 1900
