Helo i am sahil arora resident of mallan wala khas distt ferozepur, teh zira -
My parents including me all have idea postpaid connection - we deposited 250 for each connection
And then we port it

We ddnt get any refund

I wanted to port my mom no and then they asked for 118 rupees more to issue a new sim

So i decided to register a complaint

And till now we ddnt get any refund

We would like to inform you, that you'll receive the security deposit amount post 60 days of your account being permanently disconnected on your registered billing address. Also, we request you to provide us the complete address of My Idea Store where you've visited for mobile number portaility concern along with the store executive name for further assistance.
