I am kunalsing gahirawar. My mob no is [protected]. This number is not getting network from 09.00 am on 30/11/2017. I called customer care for four times and registered my complain but no solution is given. One time my call was held for nearly half an hour and disconnected without any answer. Their answer is just to wait for 4 hours, but after 8 hours also im not getting signals. I even didn't receive complain number when i requested.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT ABLE TO REGISTER A COMPLAIN.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT WILLING TO HELP AS WRONG NAME IS PROVIDE AS TO HIDE THE IDENTITY OF THEMSELVES

Register the complain as payment made not posted by the Idea gallery at malad west, link rd, near Nirlon socty. on 17/11/2017 but not posted

Gallery does not provide receipt slip for cash payment
