I am subbaraju and using the number [protected] (Post paid). My sim got damaged and request for new sim in your miyapur office. But due to sim stock unavailability they took 1 week time to replace my sim. Finally i got sim on 11th. But still they have not activated my new sim. When we call the miyapur branch office there is no proper response. Raised same issue with customer care as well on 12th july. This is causing so much of inconvenience and loss to me. So i am requesting you to look into this immediately.
