[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — sim not activated since 7 days

I bought a sim on 6th november, 2018. The idea executive said it will be activated within 4 hours. Today is 14th november, 2018 and yet the sim has not been activated. I have raised a complaint through email to idea and their response is not helping me. Number to activate: [protected]

They charge ₹300 for this kind of careless service. This is the service they provide. They take activation charges and do not activate the sim. Nonsense.

I want my call details for past three months. I have mailed my request to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but I couldn't get a reply. If you have changed your mail id please do inform me through my mail Id [protected]@gmail.com
