Idea Cellular — They have not recharged my number | |||
I recharged for Rs 500 in One India website they have not recharged my number after one and a half an hour before. If I call to Idea cellular Mr Srinivas received the call on 25/10/2007 at 21.01 hrs. He tells call after 15 min even if I call Idea cellular at 3rd time also. He is not taking complaint request at all and he is ignoring to take complaint at all and not even permitting me to talk to higher official. If is this the case where is the justice. Idea or One India have deduced amount of my credit card of citi bank card but not recharged my number till now. So who will solve my problem. MY no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
