Idea Cellular — to remove certain numbers from corporate connections

Dear Service provider,
This is to bring to your kind notice that we have using idea connections under account number[protected].We no longer want to continue the group and want each numbers to operate on its own.
Upon contacting your various vendor offices they didn’t showed any heed towards the same. I was often asked to run from pillar to post. Consider this my last attempt or i will be forced to switch all
the number from idea to some other operator. In case of any query you may contact at the below provided details.

I call 5909 they said it will be activated within 15 minutes then switch off your mobile but now sim deactivate

My idea for number [protected] is showing no service for the past two days .
The sim has been removed and inserted multiple times.
The phone has also been rebooted multiple times.
Cant able to resolve this problem

My SIM card is not working from 10 days. I have complaint about it to customer care daily.
Idea shop have already taken charges to resolve it and still asking for more charges..

Since 1 week I'm experiencing a worst network in my area.I had also spoke to the customer care team but the issue is not solved.The team everyday says that the issue will be solved by today but it's getting worst.I have a 4g pack but could not experience a 3g speed.
