Idea Cellular — unable to receive opts

I am using this sim from last 3 months and whenever I enter it in any app it never gets me opt instantly rather takes an hour or so, till it gets expired and this happens regularly .It has full network then also when sometimes calls get hang up.It's very annoying and I am intended to shift to Airtel if it continues. Resolve it quickly. Thank you.
