[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — unable to receive sms after upgrade from 3g to 4g

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500072

I have upgraded my sim from 3g to 4g, then added the new sim to a different mobile. I am able to send sms but unable to receive sms.

This causes lot of problems, as most of our logins depend on otps

Can i have a quick solution to this? This is too big of a problem as it stops many tasks that we do on a day to day basis, even like ordering food from outside to any banking transaction.

I have made a payment of 179 which promised 30 days unlimited calls and a service of network providing 1 gb daily but i am not the receiving the network .
