[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unauthorized balance detection | |
I received a message from 53010 stating that "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". They just deduct my balance without my permission and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care ask for the details, and they said that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. I have one simple feature phone, it does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the samething again and again that i've bought the game. I didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance. Very frustrating customer care and network that i ever used. Need a solution. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Dec 08, 2018 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our recent communication, we've informed you that you've been charged for game service for the given number. Also, we request you to send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset or else you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. If still any issue persist, you can contact us on 12345 or 198.
