Idea Cellular — Unethical and bad behaviour | |||
Hello Team, I am trying to port my mobile number ([protected]) from idea postpaid to the Airtel prepaid. I initiated my port request on the 13th Nov, 2021. In the early morning of 14th Nov, 2021 at 1:14am, I got the following message from VZ-ViCMS "Hello! Thank you choosing to access Telesync games, You have been charged Rs. 10". Please note that I did not access to Telesync games. I did not used internet, I did not sent any message to access Telesync game, I did not call to access to Telesync game. But still I am not am able to understand how I get this message. This is really very unethical way to loot the money from the customer. I request you to please help me to get the refund of this 10rs along with to processed my request of the Port. Was this information helpful? | |||
