[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unknown deduction & no response from customer care! | |||
Mob no; [protected] I have checked my main account balance seen a deduction of rs. 350 I had balance more than 1100/- Immediately revert back balance debited! I have sent email & talked to cc but no response with correct details! I a a costumer since 3 years & facing this issue! When idea cc is alone then instant responses received but after merging with vodafone, no correct response received when contacted cc, Already sent email 7 days passed still no resolution made!
