[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Unwanted charge applied on my bills

Hello Sir,

I am using IDEA cellular post paid service and they are always Charging unnecessary items charge in my bill.
When I complained for it, they are not responding my emails.
I was going through my Jan15-Feb15, 2017 bill. There are below charges which I don't think done from my side:

1. VAS Usage Charges [mydala powered deal]: Rs. 29
2. MMS Charges (on No: [protected] which is the same no for which this bill was generated): Rs. 3

Same Charges was applied on my Dec15, 2016 -Jan15, 2017 months:

1. VAS Usage Charges [Subscription Service]: Rs. 90

For Above charge, I had raised Complaint as well.

Now, I want your help to get my refund for these.

Updated by az_pankaj Sir, almost 10 Days has been passed and I did not get any solution/Call from IDEA team on my problem.
I am getting calling only to pay my bills only which is not good.

Please help.
