[Resolved] Idea Cellular — unwanted vas activation charges

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, idea has charged me unwantedly for a vas service which i never requested of neither knew about such service.

Details are as below:

1st charge - 2nd nov, 12:38 am - got a message stating we have received a request to activate combo plus pack, charges rs. 5/day

2nd charge - 26th dec, 10:53 pm - got a message stating we have received a request to activate action games, charges rs. 5/day

If required i have the screenshots and the messages saved with me for your reference

Thank you for your assistance, hoping to get this resolved by 1st Jan'18, also i have dialed *121*46# and got the data push notifications deactivated as discussed.

Regarding the another number to be ported is +91-[protected] (Current provider -Airtel)

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Apology for the trouble caused. We have passed the waiver for VAS services which was activated as on 26/12/17. Kindly check the status for the same within 48 hours. If still any issue persists, please let us know so that we can further assist you on the same. Also the number which you have shared, is not visible from our end, kindly share the same ( manually).
