My Name is Pradnya Bharde. I am Post paid Idea customer Value added service was activated without any notice. I did not notice it until I got the monthly bill. Same service was activated 5 times. For single activation Rs 35 were charged. Total Rs 175 = 35 * 5 have been charged. On 31st of jan I have recharged my no. [protected], but till date nor it has been recharged neither I got my money back into account...
