[Resolved] Idea Cellular — What is the prorated overage charges showing in my apr 17 bill | |||
As per my apr 17 idea bill, its shows a charge of rs.2000/- as prorated overage charges. When we called the call centre they informed that they dont have details about that and immediately my number bared from outgoing calls and after 10 days incoming call also. Today i received the bill and its show the same as prorated overage charges. I m using this mobile number since last five years and not yet changed the number even i transferred from my native with an intention that idea will be good in karantaka.
