[Resolved] Idea Cellular — without balance payment idea getting permission for porting to other network?

I ask the question to idea cellular if i have pending bill then ur company giving permission to porting out to other network? I have cpmplete aprox 3 month to porting out then why are u sending bill
When any custmer porting out its mean he is want to do fnf before porting out
