[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Wrong bill added

My mother is senior citizen and using idea postpaid number [protected], paying all the bills timely.
But the recent bill is added amount of 1300 of other active number and my service is barred
I dont know why they added the amount to my bill and barred the service.
As a senior citizen it is very difficult to visit idea office again and again.
I got the call from idea office and i told them why they aer barring my service but the dont give any reason and clarification

As per your bill cycle your latest bill is generated on 24/04/2017 of rs. 1458.73 and your bill due date is 09/05/2017, so no issue on your postpaid number still number is active not barred, hope your query has been addressed by us.
