[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Wrong billing | |||||
I purchased a 4G Idea datacard on April 29th from the idea customer care which located in our company campus( i.e. HCL Technologies SEZ, Sholiganallur) While taking the data card offer was if you paid 3 months bill together you will get 20 GB Data for first 3 months and device free of cost. As per the offer i paid (950 x 3) Rs 2850 to idea representative and he given me the device. the end of the first month itself i got a message i want to pay due amount. when i call back to customer care they told you want to get back to representative who took the connection. when i asked him, he told me to use connection there is no such issue. by July 18 (after 2 months, 18 days) my connection get disconnected by telling that i want to pay 728Rs. when i call customer care they are telling that they again repeat the same, get back to representative. by that time the representative in hcl left the campus. i leave the connection as it. i never used( i cant use due to disconnection). now i am getting message telling that i want to pay 3020 RS. feeling that you are asking the customer to pay without giving services. As a proof you can check my device usage. i want a immediate resolution for this issue, i don;t know why a reputed company like you doing this kind of fraud thinks.
