Idea Cellular - Wrong Billing / Misbehaviour Of Employees — Misbehavior of Employees over phone / Not proper communication of Pending Payment | |||
I took a number [protected] postpaid for internet uses. But i was totally unsatisfied with that services as at the time of purchase they had committed something which they failed to delivered. I was ok with that also . I told idea people to stop my number as it was so much expensive and i also stop used that number. They told me to pay bill of 830 ( which i have not used ) and after that we will stop your number. I paid the same on counter of idea office and they inform me that Now your number has been stopped. After 3 months i have received a call from their lady representative and she told me still Rs 548 is pending( neither they communicated me earlier nor i used ). When i asked her for what it is pending and asked her why they people did not call me in last 3 months, she was unable to answer me properly and told me we will give 3 months time to customer so that they can know about pending bill and pay the same. The way she was talking was very rude and unprofessional. I have recording of that lady . After that call also i have not received any call from idea company regarding the same. i received only a notice from Nitin singh Bhati. In that notice a number was mentioned -for any query call [protected] - Ashwin Mehra ( Idea Cellular Representative ) . When i called on that number ( 9-9-15 )and asked about my concern - Mr ashwin Mehra start shouting and used abusing language with me and threatened me to pay same day otherwise he told me to pay 50000 Rs next day for the same. I have also all the communication in my call recorder also. The way and the language he was talking was ridiculous and very unprofessional. For the same i have also registered the complaint in idea customer care by giving him full details of my concern ( Complaint number- C1-[protected] ) . I just want to ask Idea higher authority that 1- Are they hiring such people to threatened their customer. Like Ashwin Mehra 2- Why they are not giving full information of bill and pending amount by call or messages as i did not receive any single msg or call regarding any pending biills. 3- Why their customer executive are not giving proper details. I really disappointed after talking to Ashwin Mehra and just want to know Idea people what action they will take for this as i am also customer of Airtel for personal use and for corporate use also and very much satisfied with their services.
