[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong bills | |||
Sir i am a idea costumer for a long time but suddenly i have issue this idea network services so i port out my number to reliance jio company. My idea number is postpaid so i clear my due bill payment at port out time my bill is that time was 460/- so paid 500/- that time because of port out time limit is 6 to 7 days so i pay extra. My number port out to idea to jio my number activated is been a 15 days ago now idea company send me a bill again and that bill is 385/- how is this possible if i have any amount of bill pending than company not allow me to port out dear sir please do some action about this because i am not a single person who face this type of problems.
