Idea Cellular — Wrong deduction of idea balance | |||||
I have upgraded the idea sim into 4g, today i got the message from idea that i have got 50 gb net on the 4g upgradation but when i switched on the internet service my whole idea balance finished. Its the fault of the company only, i want balance refund. Dear Sir, I have already paid my idea bill([protected]) in 1st April'17 with request of sim closer.I received message after seven days for sim closed.But now I received call from customer care to pay bill April, may & june'17.pls. look into this matter.I do not want to continue my mobile no.([protected])
