Idea Cellular — Wrong name appearing on my idea app | |||
I've installed my idea app and it displays wrong name in my account. I have submitted my Id proofs at the time of purchasing the SIM card which was around 5-6 years ago. So why it shows other person's name on my profile(while I don't know anybody by that name)? Kindly request you to rectify the same. And let me know if any kind of verification is needed from my end.
