[Resolved] Idea — money deducted from my account but recharge not done | |
I recharged my prepaid phone twice. Amount 390. The first time when my phone was not charged executive urged me to recharge again saying money will be credited back in account I recharged the second time and duly downloaded the receipt for it. The recharge was still not done. I was again asked to recharge again Customer care number not responding. Horrible service after Vodafone merger Was this information helpful? | |
