Idea Money — fraudulent transaction on my debit card used for idea money

Dear Sir/Madam

This pertains to a fraudulent transaction that has been done on our Indian Overseas Bank card. The debit was for 4879 INR and was used at IDEA money merchant. I have lodged a compliant with your customer service under 1037754 and look forward to a speedy resolution.
