[Resolved]  Idea Money — Fraudulently using my debit card to transfer amount

Somebody called to me on March 15th at 5.20 pm to 5.50 pm the numbers is [protected].it's track bihar, India.he ask me my Card number & details because of my debit card renewal purpose.But I am not believe he told it's verification of RBI.finally his told refund your amount. after I check my phone my balance depit sms received.i send you below
Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX1186 for a purchase worth Rs20000 on POS IDEAMONEY at IDEAMONEY. txn#[protected].
I receive this SMS on 5.51pm.

Sir please don't give to the money for that unknown fraud.please refund my amount in card pls pls.
Am poor man saved my money. fraud cheated me.
