Idea Money — idea money money deducted from credit card to idea money using fraud

Hello there,

I have received the call from [protected], saying my citi bank credit card reward points got expired and i can opt for cash back amount of 4785 inr. Caller asked me to provide credit card number to get amount back. Initially i denied sharing personal details. But after some discussion when they have told me my credit card number i agreed to share my credit card details as i thought it is from the authenticated citi bank representative. After sharing the otp amount got deducted from my account instantly 4 times so total amount that has been deducted is 4785x4 = 19140 inr. Amount transferred to ideamoney.
