[Resolved] Idea Money — Money Not loaded on Idea Money instead of successful transaction at bank end | |||||
It was my first experience o[censored]sing Idea Money & unfortunately a bad one. I uploaded money in wallet using my credit card in four transactions out of which three were successful but the fourth was not. It reflects on my CC statement as deducted but not loaded in wallet. I raised a complaint but haven't yet received a call from customer care. I request Idea Money team to resolve my issue ASAP so that I can avoid posting on other social media about the issue which will cause further loss of trust for your brand.
