Idea Money — To report a fraud online transaction on citibank debit card

Hi team,

I want to file a complaint against a fraud of 19, 140 debited in 4 transactions of 4785 from my citi bank account. incidence is of today 17 june 2017 18:15 pm ist. a person varun sharma contacted me from [protected] claimed himself to be citibank payback department employee and told me that my citibank debit card reward points is to be redeemed and he will refund it in cash by crediting 4785 rs in my account. He asked me to confirm the debit card number so that he can confirm that i am the owner of that debit card.

Later i could see the ideamoney merchandiser messages and 4 transactions of 4785 rs in citi bank account which i have not done.
