[Resolved] Idea — online recharge prepaid

Dear Sir,

I have online recharged for Mobile No. [protected](Kolkata circle) yesterday(08.05.18). Tran Id NU[protected][Transaction done from Guwahati] is generated for future reference and in my bank account balance was also debited. But recharge was not done successfully.I tried my best to contact customer service centre over phone but didn't get positiv solutions so kindly do the need full for the same.

Updated by Monodip Mitra An amount of Rs.398/- deducted from my BANK Account.

The transaction was done by using Debit card of SBI.

The messege that I received on Bank transaction is - POS IDEA at IDEA txn#NU[protected].

The transaction was done on 08.05.2018 at 2.46 pm

Kindly resolved the matter as early as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, there's no such recharge of Rs.398/- credited in your account. Hence, we request you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
