[Resolved]  Idea — poor networks

Sir,
I am a student from pithoragarh, as our exams are near so i need to study on different topics through internet.
I use idea networks for a long time, for using internet, but nowdays the quality of networks are very bad. Sometines the networks are't arive properly, or it took a long time in searching.
I kindly request you, please solv this problem as fast as can have.
