[Resolved] Idea — port code

Hello sir/madam
Have sent porting request code (Idea no: [protected]) message on 23/11/2017 with ist 18:36.
But i haven't received any porting code. I tried for 3 time on same day. And on 24/11/2017 also tried to get it..
And also i had contacted too many times idea customer care on same dates. But they are not responding well n they're saying take 48 hours to get the code. Realates to it. I[censored] have any direct mail i'd address please forward to me (Devi. [protected]@gmail.com) as soon as possible. You may understand my problem.
Kindly please give response...
