[Resolved] Idea — sim quality & their misbehave | |||
My idea sim suddenly stopped, lost it's signals. I went to idea store in amritsar r s tower, hall bazar. The manager there talked to me rude & asked me to come before 6 pm. I asked that i can't come before 6 pm tell me the alternate he replied it's your problem you see. I asked him that do you care your customer or not. He clearly said they don't have the value of customer. I think they really don't need a customer. I must appreciate the way of dealing of airtel & jio. Dear idea it happened to me last day. My mobile was stolen in road as on 9th feb, 6 pm.when i m going to home, please block the mobile number i.e. [protected] immediate which was in the name of PRITAM CHATTERJEE.
