IDFC Bank — amazon voucher code not received | |
I have applied for the Amazon Voucher Code of worth 50000/- from IDFC First Bank-instacred portal on 10th July'19. But till date i haven't received my vouchers. I have already written a mail regarding this to [protected]@flexmoney.in ( as per the instructions from Customer Care Executive) but from there also didn't received any response. What a pathetic service from IDFC/insta cred. Everytime when i call customer care, they say only onething, sir u will reveive your vouchers soon. My loan application no is [protected].
