I have lost original bond certificate of IDFC Bond - TRANCHE 2 - FY 2011 – 2012. Hence all the following documents required for Buyback were dispatched at under mentioned address:-

1. A formal request application on a plain paper duly signed by myself with
request letter (Format VIII A)
2. Indemnity Form duly filled.(Executed on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.20/-)
3. Address proof. (Self-attested)
4. Copy of Pan Card. (Self-attested)

All documents were sent to Karvy Computershare Private Ltd, Unit : IDFC Bonds, Karvy Selenium - Tower B, Plot No 31 & 32 - Gachibowli
Financial District - Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500 032

But the receiving office is in denial mood to receive all these documents. How it is possible once the receipt is provided by courier company. Please advice as bond lock in period expired on[protected]. A regular correspondence is made but there is no output.
